Exciting News: Starting August 1, 2022, Aveanna will move to Weekly Pay for all Care Providers!
We’re going to Weekly Pay: Care Providers will submit hours worked in AveannaCare each Sunday before 5 p.m. and receive pay the following Friday! Clients will also need to approve submitted hours by 5 p.m. each Sunday. The first deadline to submit and approve weekly hours is Sunday, August 7.
Aveanna is going GREEN: Direct deposit vouchers will no longer be mailed. Care Providers will continue to have immediate access to pay stubs as well as W-2s and tax information 24 hours a day via the ADP Workforce Now portal. The ADP portal takes seconds to access and is super easy to use!

Changes to Care Provider Elected Tax Withholdings or Partial Direct Deposits
- If you have elected additional amounts to be withheld for federal or state taxes, we strongly recommend that you review those elections to determine if you need to update them by visiting the ADP Workforce Now portal (click here). If you would like to make changes, please contact your office and submit updated Employee Withholding Allowance Certificates for federal (W-4) and CA state taxes.
- If you have set up a partial direct deposit, Aveanna strongly recommends that you review and consider updating your elections to reflect weekly pay instead of semi-monthly pay by visiting ADP Workforce Now portal (click here) or by submitting an updated Wage Payment Election form, also known as a direct deposit form.
